David’s career in restaurants started as a high schooler back in 1995 at Prestwick Country Club. He then left Ohio to attend Pennsylvania Culinary in 1999 while working at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. After graduating he came back to Ohio to work at the Galaxy as the lead line cook. From there he moved on to be the sous chef at The Old Harbor Inn for nearly a decade. Other notable restaurants David has worked at throughout his career include Crave, Moe’s, D’agnese’s Trattoria, Anthe’s, & Burkhardt’s Brewing Co.
